SCP / Legal & information
Consultant Portal Terms
UK operation · International visitors
Scope
These terms cover authorised consultant access to SCP’s Microsoft-connected resource area. This is a consultant resource service, not a separate client project portal. They supplement the Website terms and any engagement, confidentiality or data-processing agreement. Those agreements govern their respective subject matter. Reviewed 16 October 2026.
Access and permissions
Use your own authorised Microsoft work account. Signing in does not by itself grant access to every document. Available resources depend on the account’s permissions and the selected SharePoint library. Do not share credentials, bypass restrictions or use another person’s access.
Using documents
Use resources only for the purpose for which access was granted. Respect confidentiality, copyright, personal information and any document-specific restrictions. Do not forward or publish documents without authority. Read-only access through this website does not change permissions you may separately hold in Microsoft 365.
Security and reporting
Keep your device and account secure and sign out on shared devices. Report suspected unauthorised access, incorrect document visibility or accidental disclosure to enquiry@supplychain.partners. Do not include passwords or authentication tokens in a report. Access may be restricted or withdrawn where no longer needed or for a security concern.
Features and limitations
The website lists approved SharePoint resources; documents may open in Microsoft’s viewer. It does not currently provide a client upload facility. Microsoft operates authentication and document services under applicable Microsoft arrangements. Availability depends on the website, Microsoft services and connectivity; any contractual support or availability commitment must be expressly agreed.
Personal information and end of access
See Privacy Notice for account and session information. Removing website access does not automatically delete records that must be kept under an engagement or legal obligation. Contact SCP if your role changes or your access should be removed.
