Our approach
We aim to make the SCP website usable by people with different access needs, devices and input methods. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design reference, but have not completed an independent conformance audit and do not claim full conformance. Reviewed 16 October 2026.
Using the website
Layouts adapt to screen width. The site includes a skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus outlines, labelled form fields, descriptive links and alternative text for informative images. Use your browser’s zoom and text settings as needed. Optional maps can be left unloaded; the office address is provided as text.
Known areas needing further review
Complex Control Tower diagrams include embedded text and need fuller equivalent descriptions. Some downloadable files may not have complete accessible tagging. Third-party Microsoft viewers, sign-in and Google Maps have their own accessibility behaviour. Colour contrast, zoom, keyboard use and assistive-technology compatibility require a systematic audit across the site.
Request help or another format
Email enquiry@supplychain.partners with the page or document, the difficulty encountered and the format or assistance that would help. Device, browser and assistive-technology details can be useful but are optional. Do not include sensitive details unnecessarily. We will consider reasonable adjustments and discuss a practical alternative; a fixed response time is not currently promised.
Feedback and improvements
We review reported barriers and use them to prioritise improvements. This statement will be updated as checks and remedial work are completed. It is an honest description of the current position rather than a certification.
